Shipping & Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your original purchase.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping and insurance costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
After your merchandise is returned and it meets our return criteria listed below you will receive a full refund for the product:
- Products received in a damaged condition must be reported to us immediately
- If the product is not returned in its original condition, a refund will not be issued. Used items will not be refunded, unless manufacturing defects are evident
- A completed Return Form, original packing slip, and invoice number must be included with the returned items
- Special ordered products are not refundable. Only manufacturer defects and customization mistakes are refundable
- You are responsible for any shipping on products that are being exchanged for a new size or style

- Write the RMA number on the outside of the box
- Order invoice
- A brief explanation on why the product/s are being returned

After your merchandise is returned and meets all the required criteria, you will receive a full refund for the items returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
